Role Description
Develop the implementation plan with the Research DirectorLeads project coordination, implementation, and day-to-day management of the project. The research manager is the lead coordinator of Kantar with ClientEnsure implementation of the work plan according to schedule.Draft the field report which details the study’s methodology and provide observations and recommendations pertaining to data collectionLeads the weekly or monthly reports and meetings for ClientLeads the training of test administration with the guidance and direction of ClientRole Requirements
At least five (5) years work experience, either in qualitative or quantitative research.College degree in any of the following – Communication Research, Marketing, Statistics, Math, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Mass Communication, Management or any related discipline.Knowledge of various statistical and analytical techniques and/or tools is an advantage.Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel and WordDemonstrates intellectual and professional integrity.Good networking skills and service orientation.Innovative, adaptable and flexible.Able to work independently with minimal supervision.Articulate at conveying ideas, both oral and written.Good presentation skillsA fast learner, good in numbers and attentive to details#LI-CQ1
