Role Objective:

You will have primary responsibility for collecting and analyzing data, maintaining and constantly elevating the quality of our data, and working with the Research team to present data in a compelling way on the real estate market in Hong Kong. This role reports into Senior Director, Research and will support in strategic decision-making, client engagements, and enhancing the organization's understanding of market trends and dynamics.

What this job involves:

Data collection, database maintenance, and monitor key property market indicatorsAnalyse the underlying fundamentals that affect the development of the real estate market  Conduct forecasting exercisesContribute to the Firm's local, regional and global research publicationsRespond to media and clients requestsCarry out and publish original research on topical property market mattersWork closely with other internal departments to keep track of key market trends and on specific projects as requiredAssist in consulting projects

Bachelor Degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance or other business related field are preferred5 years relevant experience, but candidates with less experience will be considered for more junior positionStrong English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) language skills, with the ability to write with flair and fluencyLogical thinking with strong analytical abilities; knowledge in quantitative analysisProficiency in PC applications such as MS word, Excel, PowerPoint and preferably statistical softwareA team player and ability to work efficiently to deadlines
