Salary Range: $70,000 to $95,000

What You Will Be Doing

• Support the financial operations of sponsored research and grant-funded programs

• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and budget-to-actual analyses

• Assist with award setup, invoicing, and accounts receivable activities

• Compile and format financial reports for leadership review

• Partner with Sponsored Programs, Finance, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and timely reporting

• Monitor sponsor regulations and institutional policies with guidance from senior staff

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field

• 1 to 3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or financial operations

• Exposure to research finance, sponsored programs, or grant management is highly preferred

• Proficiency with financial systems and Microsoft Excel

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data

• A collaborative mindset and comfort working across multiple departments

Work Environment

This position follows a hybrid model with three days on-site in Western Massachusetts and two remote days per week. The team values flexibility while maintaining strong in-person collaboration.
