As an Engagement Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing and engaging a diverse group of academic teams in the Autodesk Research Residency Program, with a focus on promoting research through collaboration and identifying and facilitating impactful outcomes for these teams. The Research Residency Program is a select group of teams exploring paths to improve the future of their industries. You will play a key role in maintaining relationships with residents, facilitating knowledge sharing, and supporting the growth and influence of our Residency Program hybrid work environment. You will report to the Community Engagement Strategy Manager.
Responsibilities
Manage the resident community at the San Francisco Autodesk Technology Center with potential for management of hybrid residents
Manage operations dedicated to resident lifecycle
Design custom programming to promote engagement between Autodesk Research teams and the resident community
Facilitate focused workshops and document and assess results
Conduct surveys and interviews to identify outcomes and storytelling opportunities
Work with team members to identify signals and validate relevant resident work
Minimum Qualifications
3-5 years’ experience in community management and program management
Program design and facilitation skills
Proficiency in managing multiple programs and initiatives, including planning, execution, and evaluation
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with accelerator and/or incubator programs
Experience in academia
Proficiency with Airtable

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $86,500 and $149,270. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.Equal Employment Opportunity
