Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our Lockbox Operations team. This hybrid role involves approximately 70% customer service and 30% payment processing. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling inbound calls, performing data entry, and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: + Handle incoming phone calls related to wire transfers, including verifying member identity and collecting detailed transaction information (e.g., account and routing numbers). + Accurately process member transactions such as check deposits, wire transfers, and ACH payments. + Monitor and resolve items on exception reports, ensuring timely corrections and adjustments. + Review and evaluate checks submitted through the Deposit Anywhere portal. + Take ownership of assigned operational tasks and ensure all work is completed accurately and on time. + Perform occasional outbound calls to follow up on transaction details or resolve discrepancies. + Maintain high levels of accuracy and confidentiality while typing and documenting call details. Required Skills & Qualifications: + Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (retail or banking preferred). + Prior experience in banking or financial services is highly desirable. + Strong typing and computer proficiency. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team environment. + Coachable, with a positive attitude and willingness to ask questions when unsure.
