Research Coordinator

Insight Global is seeking a Research Coordinator to join our team onsite with a large AR/VR client. The Research Coordinator (RA 2) will work closely with the multiple teams and internal stakeholders to implement new processes and procedures for Research Associates to follow. This person will train new team members and update/maintain technical documentation associated with the systems and subsystems. They will be responsible for managing and training team members on any changes to capture process. They will ensuring assets are ready, manage technical components that impact the process, run usability testing, and assist with the implementation schedule.
Additional responsibilities include:
Scoping/tasking out the ops changes/needs
Writing all new documentation
Training RA's on changes
Confirming RA's are following correct protocol Documentation
Keeping all Wiki pages up to date
Manage/organize the google drive folder for Ops
Keep all onboarding deep dive information up to date and assist with RA onboarding
