The primary responsibility of the Research Clerk is to research new bankruptcy business case filings by reviewing several docket reports and using search engines to verify whether a business has any accounts with the clients our firm collects for. If accounts are found, the clerk will build the bankruptcy case in our systems and produce the necessary documents for filing. Additionally, the Research Clerk will prepare claims and notices of appearance. We are looking for candidates with strong research and multitasking skills, an understanding of different business entities, and creative thinking.
