Summary
The Haura Lab pursues an interdisciplinary approach spanning proteomics, chemical biology, translational medicine, molecular biology, biochemistry, and bioinformatics to characterize systems level views of cancer signaling networks. Particular emphasis is given to integrating functional proteomics technologies, e.g. chemical and phosphoproteomics, to dissect the underlying mechanism of drug action and cancer biology.

Seeking a highly motivated Research Associate II with a cross-disciplinary skill interested in cancer proteomics and drug discovery.The Ideal Candidate:
Has Bachelor’s or Master's degree in science related field. Demonstrates familiarity with general laboratory techniques. Is experienced in culturing mammalian cell lines and other molecular biology techniques such as western blotting, RNA interference, DNA cloning. Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skillsResponsibilities:
The Research Associate II will be working on projects related to (i) mass spectrometry based proteomics, (ii) drug discovery, and (ii) signaling studies and analysis of cancer. The candidate will be required to participate in planning and collecting data as well as maintain detailed records and process and analyze data. Research Associate II will also be involved in regular meeting with PI and other team members to evaluate and interpret the validity of data and will also be expected to present data at these meetings.Credentials and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Science related field required with 1 year of hands-on research experience is required. Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work assignments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
