Description
The Research Associate/Associate Scientist will be part of the Vivarium Operations / Animal Modeling team focused on performing a variety of assays, tests,
and studies of a routine nature in support of the animal studies conducted in the Vivarium. The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of mammalian cell
culture, including media and buffer preparation, culture initiation, propagation, and cryopreservation of cells, this includes primary human cells from commercial
and / or patient sources. Other duties include but are not limited to: preparing dosing formulations for in-vivo and in-vitro studies, assessing target antigen
expression by flow cytometry on various in-vitro and ex vivo samples, optimization and validation of ELISA based assays, supporting the development of new
scientific methods and technologies for implementation and project advancement, reporting results to supervisor to share with the appropriate investigator,
maintaining detailed records of experimental data and protocols in laboratory notebooks in accordance with standard operating procedures.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science, Biology, or related science field.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with basic data analysis programs (Microsoft Office, GraphPad Prism, Pristima, etc). Knowledge of flow cytometry
and ELISA. Basic small animal handling, injections and IVIS imaging experience preferred.
Position is needed to support the in-vivo pharmacology team with ex-vivo work and data reporting supporting ADC and TCE projects.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
