Job Title: Research Associate Location: Andover, MA Type: Contract Responsibilities + Prepare biological samples (cells, tissues, plasma) for LC-MS analysis + Perform protein lysis, immunoprecipitation, digestion, filtration, and concentration + Design and execute experiments in collaboration with scientists + Develop and optimize analytical methods + Analyze, interpret, and document results in electronic lab notebooks + Present findings and contribute to team discussions + Maintain high standards of lab safety and data integrity REQUIREMENTS: + BS in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field + 3–5 years of experience + OR MS + 1–3 years of experience + Strong experience with LC-MS sample preparation workflows + Familiarity with proteomics and immunoanalytical techniques + Exposure to Parallel Reaction Monitoring (PRM) is a plus + Comfortable operating lab equipment and following complex protocols + Excellent data organization and communication skills Benefits System One offers eligible employees health and welfare benefits coverage options, including medical, dental, vision, spending accounts, life insurance, voluntary plans, and participation in a 401(k) plan.
