About the Role:
Assist in managing analysts in collecting, processing, and analyzing Philippine real estate market and property data, ensuring timely updates to C&W databases.Support the preparation, finalization, and distribution of regular property market studies, reports, presentations, and related publications.Assist in the preparation and management of commissioned market research, consulting and advisory reports, and related technical and financial proposals.Provide support to business development initiatives of RCAS Philippines and coordinate with C&W global and regional offices as required.Assist in interpreting data and drafting quarterly market reports, press releases, thought-leadership publications, whitepapers, and special reports, and perform other tasks as assigned by management.About You:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Accountancy, or a related field; postgraduate studies are an advantage.Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in real estate, finance, investment, or related industries.Strong understanding of the Philippine property market, with excellent analytical, numeracy, and problem-solving skills.Above-average business and technical writing skills, with proficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of data analytics, statistical, and presentation tools.Ability to work independently under tight deadlines, manage competing priorities, collaborate effectively in a matrix environment, and maintain strong attention to detail.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
