We are looking for someone who can navigate, identify challenges and solutions, and ensure all team members meet rigorous performance standards. The project includes managing multiple moving pieces, including intervention deployment and evaluation. The Study Coordinator will work within a collaborative team of 5 staff members and will maintain project timelines and serve as an important liaison across all organizational levels, from research assistants to investigator leadership. You will report to the Collaborative's Project Manager, Data Manager, and Principal Investigator. About Social Care in Chronic Disease Collaborative: Established in 2019, the Social Care in Chronic Disease Collaborative's mission is to advance the science on addressing social context in chronic disease management.
