**Job Title:** Research and Psychometric Services Assistant
**Required Qualification:** Master’s in Clinical Psychology
**Job Purpose:** Assisting in test development research activities; related to the adaptation
and standardisation of Pearson’s assessments
**Location:** Bengaluru, India
**Starting Date:** Immediately
**Position:** Full-time Employee
**Responsibilities:**
The candidate will assist with the following tasks:
+ Data scoring / checking
+ Liaising with external professionals, research participants, editors and printers
+ Working closely with international teams on standardisation projects
+ Recruitment ofdata collection sites
+ Liaising with other functions of the Clinical Assessment Division, as required
+ Any other activity required, as part of the role
Skills required:
+ Verbal and written proficiency in English
+ Reading/writing/speaking of at least one of the following languages: Kannada/ Hindi/ Tamil/Marathi/Bengali/
+ Good communication and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to multi-task across projects
+ Ability to meet goals, as per timelines
