The Nashville Research Analyst reports to the Senior Research Manager. This position is responsible for supporting all local research output. This role provides support in developing pitch and/or proposal materials as well as local thought leadership. The Research Analyst is accountable for accurate and proactive maintenance of proprietary and third party databases. This position is not specific to a service line but will specialize in office and industrial property types.Job Description
Responsibilities:
Works with Sr. Research Manager to fulfill all research requestsProactively and routinely updates and manages research database(s)Analyzes data, compiles, and writes (or assists in writing) quarterly market reportsContributes to local market thought leadershipParticipates in development of local requests for research information for pitch and/or proposal materialsAttends, participates in, and presents market information and quarterly updates at internal sales meetingsProvides property level analytics to fee-earnersQualifications:
1-3 years’ experience in real estate industry or business environmentExperience managing, auditing, and maintaining databases with accuracy and efficiencyAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracyDemonstrated intellectual curiosity and interest in data analysis and/or commercial real estateStrong sense of ownership and accountabilityResourceful self-starter with the ability to solve problems with minimal directionCollaborative team player with proactive, strong work ethicCushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work. The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
