\nARServices is hiring a Requirements Analyst to support work in the Albuquerque, NM area. 
\n
\nA qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:\n\n\tElicit, define, and decompose technical and functional requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and subject matter experts\n\tTranslate stakeholder needs into detailed documentation such as Performance Work Statements (PWS), Statements of Work (SOW), and Requests for Proposals (RFPs)\n\tConduct and document market research in support of acquisition planning\n\tSupport development of acquisition strategies, Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs), and solicitation packages\n\tCollaborate with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) on contract modifications, tracking requirements’ traceability, and ensuring deliverables align with expectations\n\tTrack and manage requirement changes throughout the program lifecycle\n\tParticipate in program reviews, technical working groups, and offsite meetings, providing analysis and recommendations related to requirements and capability gaps\n\tAssist in developing Interagency Support Agreements and documentation for Assisted Acquisitions and Economy Act actions\n\tProvide source selection advisory support as needed\n\n\nSecurity Clearance Requirement: \n\n\n\tActive/current Secret clearance is required. Current TS/SCI is highly preferred.\n\n\nRequired Qualifications: \n\n\n\tBachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or a related technical or social science discipline\n\tMinimum of 7 years of experience in DoD program management or acquisition roles\n\tDemonstrated experience supporting Research and Development (R&D) programs\n\tFamiliarity with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS)\n\tExperience in conducting market research and developing IGCEs\n\tKnowledge of requirements traceability and lifecycle management in a defense environment\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n\n\tGraduate degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., National Security, Acquisition, Intelligence)\n\tExperience working within DTRA or supporting counter-WMD mission areas\n\tDAWIA certification or DAU training\n\tPrior experience as a COR or in a COR support role\n\tBackground in targeting, intelligence analysis, or related technical disciplines\n\tPrevious military experience in USAF (AFSC 63A) or US Army (FA51) acquisition roles\n\n\nARServices is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce, including protected veterans and individuals with disabilities.
