The Reputation Management Partner promotes and protects the St. Luke’s brand by engaging with community members, patients and staff to build a positive network reputation. Monitors, engages and responds to third party reviews (Google, Rate MD, Healthgrades, etc.), the Social Media community of Twitter, Facebook, Instagram as well as unsolicited emails and phone calls as back up if feasible. Handles all complaints/compliments received following network protocol. Analyzes survey data prior to posting on SLUHN provider profiles. Maintains and monitors registration on the network online calendar.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Continuous online social media monitoring utilizing Marcon software.
+ Manages network comments, questions, concerns
+ Assist in social media publishing process strategy and/or content development as identified
+ Support and collaborate with marketing colleagues to promote brand awareness
+ Completes special market research projects including online competitor analysis
+ Assists in recruiting focus group participants
+ Participation in social media planning sessions
+ Stay abreast of constantly changing social media landscape outlets and behaviors
+ Daily review of media outlets for brand mentions and other relevant news
+ Maintains online event calendar as assigned
PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS:
Sitting up to 7 hours per day, 4 hours at a time standing for up to 7 hours per day, 4 hours at a time. Requires crouching, kneeling and lifting of objects weighing up to 40 pounds, pushing objects weighing up to 80 pounds. Requires hand and finger dexterity to use computer equipment. Seeing as it relates to general, near, color and peripheral vision. Hearing as it relates to normal and telephone conversations.
EDUCATION:
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field preferred.
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
Three to five years in health care or related field preferred.
