Best of all, with our commitment to excellence you ll work alongside others who will help you improve your skills, which may lead you to future job opportunities within the company. **In this job, you will:** + Operate large duplicating and/or scanning machines to make copies of drawings, photographs, or drawings. + Select appropriate paper for print jobs and mount product on gator board as required. + Maintain a fleet of Xerox copiers at two locations Totowa, NJ and Wayne, NJ. You will be responsible for maintaining adequate supplies and ensure the equipment is functioning. You will be the liaison between BAE and Xerox when outside technical assistance is required. + Additional duties include scanning, binding, laminating, and other duties as assigned. + Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed **full-time on site.** **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Typically a High School Diploma and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience + Be detail-oriented with meticulous record-keeping skills. + Communicate effectively both orally and in writing. + Prior experience with HP DesignJet printer and Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point) + Possess interpersonal skills involving coordinating with employees and customers. + Be able to make decisions using sound judgment while complying with policies and procedures. + Must be physically capable of performing essential functions of the position. + Must be able to carry items weighing anywhere from 20-30 lbs. **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + 5 years of Print Shop Experience. **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $52841 - $84545 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
