How will you make an impact in this role?

Would you like to work providing support to our highest billing merchants? Do you like working in a multicultural, fast paced environment? Customer Care Professionals within the Premium Merchant Team, handle customer service inquiries and problems, assess merchant customer needs, and suggest/promote alternative services. 

 It is impossible to list everything you will do here because every customer is different. But a few things are clear, you will:

Respond quickly and accurately to merchant customer questions and issues via phone and/or email.

Own issues to the point of resolution.

Proactively prevent future contacts/opportunities.

Offer merchant customers personalized solutions.

Find new ways to offer merchant customers a better experience.

Suggest new ways to improve processes and customer care.

Work together as a team but always having personal accountability.
