Representative, Sales Service - Inbound

General Summary

We are looking for Sales professionals in the Dallas metro area to join our team. Successful candidates must be able to thrive in an environment that is fast paced and constantly changing. You must be an individual who is driven to maximize residential inbound sales inquiries into sales by demonstrating a good understanding of our services, evaluating customer needs and recommending the appropriate products and upgrades to ensure growth and retention of our customer base.

 

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

Provide customers with product and service informationBuild and maintain rapport with customers Be positive, confident, reliable, friendly and engaged during all calls Identify customer needs and resolve problems to inquiries regarding Billing and Sales Provide product sales opportunities and promotions Capture data, enter clearly and accurately Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer callsUse customer service skills to appropriately satisfy and retain customers Utilize tools to check service availability; improve the rate of successful installation Set appropriate expectations regarding installation and service; reschedule installation appointments as needed Perform initial and periodic follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction Other duties as assigned 

Job Requirements

Call center experience preferred Must possess exemplary verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsStrong negotiation skills and a track record of telecommunication products is a plusOutstanding telephone and customer service etiquette Ability to work independently and be self-motivated Strong computer skillsAbility to navigate through several applications simultaneouslyKnowledge of CSG & Sugar CRM a plus Keyboard and/or typing skills 30 wpm minimum Available to work some nights, weekends, and holidays required 

Equipment Requirements

A dedicated and quiet workspace free from distractionsA desktop or laptop computer with Windows 10 or newer and a minimum 1GHz processor and 1GB of RAM (or higher). NOTE: We do not allow Chromebooks, Surface Pros, or iPads.2 monitors for desktops and laptopsA camera/web cameraReliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 5–10 Mbps upload and 15 Mbps download, with access to a hardwired (Ethernet) connection rather than Wi-Fi, based on the systems we use.A mouse (if using a laptop) | Or a mouse & keyboard (if using a desktop)Headphones or a headset (will be provided upon request)

Working Conditions

Employee remains in the sitting position for prolonged hours. Employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.Working conditions may include being in an open (shared) cubicle/workspace area.
