Job Title: Representative, Customer Service - SkilledJob Description We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative who will provide exceptional customer services related to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications. Responsibilities + Provide customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications. + Maintain good customer relations and resolve customer claims and complaints fairly and effectively. + Develop organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers. + Create improvement plans based on customer surveys. + Follow well-defined procedures and guidelines to aid in decision making. Essential Skills + A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. + Basic understanding of work routines and procedures in customer service. + Proficiency in data entry and customer support. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Specialized education or training in customer service or related fields. Work Environment The work involves following clearly defined procedures and tasks within well-defined guidelines. It may involve a variety of work routines. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Staunton, Virginia. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
