As a Vision Care Sales Rep supporting the Commercial team, you will support the US AR team. This involves customer account support account payment support, research of open AR, daily interactions with customers, and coordination with other members of the AR and Customer Service teams as needed.  You will provide customer support such as invoice/statement copies, general account questions involving invoice discrepancies, payment issues, deductions, etc.  This includes processing payments received via credit card/direct debit over the phone and email and answering incoming AR calls.  The ideal candidate will have a high level of organizational skills, keen attention to detail, strong written and verbal skills, and a strong desire to learn.  

In this role, a typical day will include:

Interact with Alcon customers for account reconciliation, remit reconciliation and payment processingSolve customer and processing problems, escalate to Analyst/Sr. Analyst as neededProvide support to cash application team as needed for proper application of payment.Provide support to AR team in accumulation of data needed for MyAlconPay and Alcon Going Green ProjectsProvide support to Key Accounts team related to deduction managementResponsible for handling emails in Payments Box and answering calls, prioritize payments and customer requests

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

Education: Bachelor’s degree (Accounting, Finance, Administration, Psychology, etc.)Advanced level of English1-2 years of experience in Accounts receivable, customer service, or related.
