**Key Responsibilities**
1. Sales Strategy Development
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for existent C/D accounts;
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territories.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential distributors.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
3.Product Knowledge
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Provide technical support and product training to customers/ distributors and end-users.
4. Market Research
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential markets.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales performance and market trends.
5. Sales Presentations
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to distributors (Quarterly business review) and Joint Business plan.
- Attend trade shows and industry conferences to promote products and network.
6. Order Management
- Follow-up on customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with logistics and production teams to meet customer expectations.
7. Feedback and Improvement
- Gather customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement and innovation.
- Communicate customer needs and preferences to the product development team.
- New product introduction. (NPI Parameters)
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or on going degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in sales, preferably in the chemical industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of chemical products and applications (In F&B/ Industrial/ Plastics/ Chemical/ Pharma for instance).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Power BI.
