If so, let's start the conversation. **Representante de Relacionamento com Cliente** Estamos em busca de um profissional que vai construir relacionamentos estratégicos, expandir serviços em grandes contas da região LATAM e identificar novas oportunidades de negócio (cross-sell e up-sell) a partir do conhecimento profundo dos clientes e dos mercados em que atuam. Como Representante de Relacionamento com Cliente, você será responsável por: + Identificar e desenvolver novas oportunidades de negócios. + Compreender necessidades e requisitos dos clientes para diferentes demandas (novas vendas, projetos e ajustes). + Liderar negociações de renovações de contrato, garantindo a gestão adequada dos prazos. + Assegurar que acordos e contratos sejam executados corretamente, incluindo SLAs, relatórios e processos especializados. + Conduzir negociações de reajustes em contratos vigentes e implementar iniciativas de incremento de receita. + Construir e manter relacionamentos sólidos com clientes estratégicos. + Interagir com stakeholders internos e externos em nível global. + Apoiar o time de vendas LATAM na gestão de relacionamento e crescimento das contas globais da Iron Mountain. + Atualizar informações cadastrais de clientes e prospects, acompanhando lançamentos de novos produtos, tendências de mercado e cenário competitivo. **Pré-requisitos** + Formação superior completa.. + Vivência em vendas consultivas e prospecção de novos negócios. + Inglês avançado (obrigatório). + Forte habilidade de comunicação, resolução de problemas e construção de relacionamentos.
