Build and implement reporting and application solutions to improve operational efficiency and employee satisfaction while reducing costsProduce summary and detailed reports for key performance indicators using data from multiple databases and systemsCreate ad hoc reports to quickly address business questions and deliver thorough insightsDevelop technology documentation to ensure ongoing maintenance of reporting and application solutionsPrepare communication materials to support deployment of new reporting and application solutions to end usersAssist in analyzing business performance by understanding company policies, procedures and practicesSupport efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience across Spectrum

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Experience

2+ years of general systems and applications experience1+ year of data collection and design experienc
