In this role, you will be responsible for **transforming complex operational, financial, and customer data into clear, actionable business intelligence to drive strategic decision-making across the organization** . This team is the engine of data insights at Iron Mountain, collaborating with cross-functional leaders to provide the reliable metrics and analysis necessary for continuous performance improvement.
**What You’ll Do:**
In this role, you will:
+ **Design and Deliver Critical Insights:** Build, maintain, and automate recurring and _ad hoc_ reports, as well as create interactive **dashboards** and data visualizations using business intelligence (BI) tools to monitor key performance indicators ( **KPIs** ) and performance metrics.
+ **Collaborate and Advise Stakeholders:** Partner with **cross-functional teams** such as **Customer Excellence** , **Finance** , **Sales** , and **Operations** to deeply understand their data needs, analyze trends and anomalies, and translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations.
+ **Ensure Data Integrity and Governance:** Validate and clean datasets using **Structured Query Language (SQL)** to ensure the **accuracy** , **consistency** , and **reliability** of all reporting outputs, while also supporting the maintenance of data sources and documentation.
**What You’ll Bring:**
The ideal candidate will have:
+ **Two to four** years of experience in **reporting, business intelligence, or data analysis roles** .
+ Strong knowledge of **Microsoft Excel** (including advanced functions and macros) and one or more **business intelligence/reporting tools** (e.g., **Power BI** , **Tableau** , **Looker** ).
+ Proven ability in **analytical thinking** and **problem-solving** , with excellent **communication skills** to present complex data findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
+ **Bachelor's degree** in a quantitative field (e.g., Business, Finance, Mathematics, or Computer Science) or equivalent experience.
