**Job Overview**
**Position Schedule:** Full-Time
This job posting is anticipated to remain open for 30 days, from 18-Feb-2026. The posting may close early due to the volume of applicants.
**Responsibility Summary:**
+ Design, develop, and implement more efficient reporting, dashboards and tracking systems that will collect and report key measures and data, so action plans can be developed to support business objectives.
+ Extract, merge, cleanse, and transform large data sets using reporting tools, apply knowledge of data sources, data structures and statistics to interpret the data.
+ Provide counsel, leadership, and direction to service receivers regarding relevant, accurate and efficient calculation of key statistics, use of systems, or reports to assist and meet operational needs.
+ Subject matter expert on key business area functions or systems, including a deep understanding of both how and why the work is performed.
+ Provide quality customer service and second level support to branches in a professional, timely and courteous manner.
+ Work with vendor sources to extract and/or archive data from vendor systems.
+ Act as a liaison with outside service providers.
+ Maintain and update Support Services intranet pages ensuring that updated information to better serve branch teams.
+ Processes mail, shipping, print and fulfillment invoices. This includes creating complex spreadsheet uploads to allocate expenses properly, resolving any discrepancies and prepare documents according to standards in an accurate and timely manner.
+ Monitor daily UPS activity to identify late shipments, collaborate with UPS and colleagues to resolve outstanding issues and take necessary action to protect client's PII.

**Skills/Requirements**
+ **Qualifications Required:** Education/Certification
+ Minimum of a B.S. in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or comparable degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
+ Years of Relevant Experience
+ 1-2 years business experience utilizing report writing software or programming, researching, and implementing business applications, developing, and maintaining web-based reporting, and data query tools preferred.
+ Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required, including pivot tables, charting, advanced formulas, conditional formatting and macros.
+ 2 years' customer service experience preferred.
+ **Skills/Requirement:**
+ Relentless attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize across multiple initiatives with competing priorities.
+ Demonstrated analytical thinking and complex problem-solving ability.
+ Knowledge of internal and external processes, procedures, and systems associated with multiple functions within department.

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to problem solve technical equipment, system problems, explain patterns in data and provide mail and shipping guidance.
