The client offers excellent benefits and growth potential. This position is scheduled as hybrid, 3 days a week onsite with flexibility. Duties: * Serve as the point of contact for investment reporting matters * Design, implement, and manage departmental roles and responsibilities * Coach, mentor and train team members and stakeholders to drive a cohesive reporting strategy * Oversee NAIC regulatory reporting * Manage US GAAP reporting for consolidated and subsidiary financials * Review and oversee management reports * Oversee reconciliation frameworks and controls across GAAP, STAT, TAX, and other accounting bases * Lead consolidation activities * Drive timely and accurate close processes * Monitor industry trends and peer benchmarks in financial reporting, translating insights into actionable strategies * Lead and contribute to process improvement initiatives related to credit and valuation
