Here, you will make an impact by: + Designing, implementing and maintaining a standardized data structure for TEBG commercial pipeline. Including, but not limited to sales, orders, opportunity data and user collected churn information. + Developing and automating a comprehensive balanced scorecard methodology for marquee accounts across all verticals. + Engaging with key stakeholders across multiple disciplines, including the broader commercial center teams, IT, marketing, sales, and integrated business operations, to gather, document, and implement essential data requirements that support strategic decision-making and enhance business operations. + Overseeing data quality and health metrics and effectively communicating and mitigating any issues. + Delivering data training and technical support to the TEBG commercial center team. **Your Skills and Expertise** To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) + Seven (7) years of work experience in a reporting, analytics, or data engineer roles in a private, public, government or military environment + Three (3) years of SQL experience in documenting, creating, and maintaining SQL views Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: + Ability to lead cross-functional discussions and drive decisions that benefit TEBG. + Experience with data governance and compliance methodologies. + In-depth knowledge of TEBG business processes, goals, and metrics. + Demonstrated proficiency in using and designing data analysis tools such as Power BI. + Demonstrated familiarity with back-end data structures. + Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. + Exceptional analytical skills and a strong aptitude for data analysis. **Work location:** **Hybrid** + **Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to** **Maplewood, MN or London, Ontario, Canada** **at least** **3** **days per week)** **Travel: May include up to** **10% domestic/international** **Relocation Assistance: May be authorized** **Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).** **Supporting Your Well-being** 3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
