As a Data Engineer supporting Colleague Experience Technology Services, you will develop reporting and analytics solutions that leverage best-in-class vendor products and services to support the analytical needs for our stakeholders coming from different domains of Colleague Experience Group.

As a part of our technical team, you will work to bring ground-breaking and diverse ideas to life that power the digital systems, services, products, and platforms that our colleagues depend on.
A successful candidate for this role will be responsible for
+ Developing analytical reports to be consumed by key stakeholders leveraging Power BI, Tableau or other enterprise tools suites
+ Creating reusable data assets ready for analysis
+ Applying software engineering best practices to analytics code
+ Collaborating with product owners, delivery managers, vendors, engineers, architects, and key stakeholders to resolve complex technical problems and create solutions.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ 5 years of Software Development experience in a professional environment and/or comparable experience such as Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, computer science engineering, or related experience required; advanced degree preferred.
+ Solid understanding of Business Intelligence (BI) tools, Data Warehouse (DW), Data Modelling concepts and SQL/PLSQL
+ Hands on experience with design and development of backend data models for Reporting & Analytics.
+ Hands-on experience on creating semantic models in Power BI
+ Strong skills in Power BI desktop, Power Query and DAX
+ Hands-on experience on building visualizations, interactive dashboards & reports leveraging Power BI and Tableau
+ Familiar with Agile or other rapid application development methods.
+ Experience with distributed (multi-tiered) systems, algorithms, and relational databases.
+ Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines with independent judgement.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Strong organization and prioritization skills
+ Proven ability to solve technical problems and the ability to influence key stakeholders.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Good understanding of Analytics solutions & architecture on Big Data Platforms
+ Understanding of CEG (HR) data and integrated data sets is preferred.
+ Good understanding of CI/CD processes leveraging Jenkins, XLR and Maven.
+ Good Understanding of Internal and Public cloud technologies.
+ Professional certifications are a plus.
+ A proven hunger to learn new technologies and translate them into working software.
+ Ability to proactively support colleagues and collaborate with them to help achieve targets.
**Qualifications**
Salary Range: $85,000.00 to $150,000.00 annually bonus benefits
