Reporting & Analytics Analyst
Reporting & Analytics Analyst Job Description: Reporting into the GTM Insights & Analytics Manager, this role is critical with respect to building an end-to-end GTM Analytics suite (starting with Sage Intacct) and providing insights to shape commercial model decisions. A successful candidate will be passionate about cross-functional collaboration and project delivery as well as analysing, interpreting, and understanding large operational datasets in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Ability to manipulate large volumes of data into user-friendly visualisations is a key skillset. Key Responsibilities: • Responsible for building some of the key deliverables for the global GTM analytics reporting Suite (starting with the Intacct product): • Work closely with key stakeholders to maintain and evolve operational KPIs to measure key initiatives that support the growth of Sage’s key Business Units. • Build an interactive global reporting suite in Power BI which looks at key marketing, operational and financial metrics / KPIs. • Create and maintain detailed process notes and guidance, documenting key calculations performed and assumptions taken. • Work closely with stakeholders across the business and analysts in local regional Commercial Operations teams to produce high quality analyses that drive actionable insights. • Communicate findings, insights, and results in a clear, concise, and effective manner to senior management. • Help build the analytics framework for ad-hoc projects which inform commercial model decisions, along with maintaining a detailed process document for every project. • Dive into areas of the business and conduct root cause analysis and support senior leaders to effect change where required. • Establish strong relationships with and become a key advisor to Sage’s GTM executives. • Work effectively in diverse teams with an inclusive team culture where people are recognized for their contribution and support each other to learn and prosper.
