Role Overview As a Reporting Analyst your role will be to support Italian Sales agenda and be responsible for maintaining, analyzing and reporting the main information related to sales assessment and execution of the whole business plans with different customers in organized trade channel. It will require a collaboration with all departments supporting sales in terms of solving issues and implementing business actions. Responsibilities Identify suitable data/insight sources Collect, clean, and consolidate internal and external data from multiple sources Capture, track, and analyze customer/category performance, volume, revenue, and profitability based on sales data for performance reviews and ad-hoc requests Develop and prepare monthly performance reports Collect customer-specific data to track and analyze results by channel and customer Maintain and update data analysis databases Send data requests to customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders Reconcile customer and internal files on data promotion numbers Analyze performance KPIs (storage costs, preparation costs, delivery costs) Ad-hoc reports preparation Qualifications Fluent English– both written and verbal Fluent Italian– both written and verbal At least 1-3 years of working experience in a similar position Advanced knowledge of MS Excel Strong organizational skills to manage multiple reporting tasks and deadlines efficiently High level of accuracy in report generation and data analysis to ensure quality outputs Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making through analytical insights Capability to identify issues within data sets or reporting processes and propose effective solutions The ‘Internal Reporting Procedure’ for making reports of violations of the law and taking follow-up action in terms of the Law on Whistleblower Protection of June 14, 2024 is available at www.pepsicopoland.com under the Contact/Career tab.
