As a Reporting Analyst, you will interact with internal and external stakeholders to provide reporting consultation, act as the data SME, develop, own, maintain and execute reports, and build ad-hoc report templates that can be used by the delivery and account teams. This individual will leverage technical knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Analytics, Big Query, Looker Studio, Excel, VBA macros, relational database concepts, and use the ATS system’s analytic tools to build report templates that can be accessed and viewed by the delivery and account teams. The person in this role will have technical or database development background, experience in analyzing recruitment operations, process and technology and a flexible approach to handling a dynamic work environment and projects. The person in this position will be data driven, a self-starter, and highly motivated to go beyond what is asked. **Your role and responsibilities** * Develop, maintain, and execute reports for both delivery and account teams *  Build ad-hoc report templates that can be used by a global client organization * Performs queries and searches on databases for qualified candidates * Leverage advanced technical knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Analytics, Big Query, Looker Studio, Excel, VBA macros, relational database concepts, and use the ATS system’s analytic tools to build report templates that can be accessed, used, and updated by the client recruiting operations teams globally * Contribute actively to significant projects and initiatives in the account * Collaborate closely with business unit leaders to execute strategic actions. * Assist the account team in communications, customer interactions, business development, and provide insights to maximize success in these interactions. * Provides education and advisory support: Performs data analysis, identifies anomalies, and trends aided by established procedures, practices, and senior team members. Identifies control exposures and assists with analysis and solution approaches. * Act as an effective enabler to support day to day operation management activities including management system, planning and resource management. * Monitor trends and patterns in resource management, provide regular inputs/insights to the management team, identify potential risks or problem areas, recommend mitigation plan or resolution. * Assess and implement new technology and operational solutions to support continuous improvement on efficiency and cost. * Driving center established programs and management systems to define, measure, and monitor key operational metrics with use of balanced scorecards and root cause analyses (i.e. SLA’s, ABC Metrics, Business Controls, Procedural Compliance, ILC Compliance, TVC, etc.) * Good knowledge of account SLA’s and MDC standard on RCA’s and ABC Metrics. * Manage Process Reviews; Assists with independent, risk based proactive process and walks through reviews. Assists in preparation of risk-based assessment reports for use by the process owners. Works with process review to communicate findings & recommendations. * Other administrative tasks as needed **Required technical and professional expertise** * Has at least 4 years of experience with data gathering, reporting with Google Suite and MS Office and with emphasis on advanced spreadsheet functions, including pivot tables, pivot charts, IF THEN logic, conditional formulas, manipulation, and formatting of data. * Has solid experience in data visualization using Big Query, Looker Studio / Google Data Studio or other BI Tools *  At least 4 years of relational database development or administration experience *   Bachelor’s degree *  Fluency in English **Preferred technical and professional experience** * At least 2 years’ experience in recruitment * At least 1 year experience with an ATS (Applicant Tracking Service) * At least 2-3 years of SQL, Visual Basic, JAVA, Phyton or similar query language and coding experience IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
