Job Description We’re seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Entry-Level Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic team at a leading TPA firm in the insurance space. This is an onsite role based in the vibrant Bayfront Park area of Miami, FL. You’ll work directly with the CEO on high-impact, ad hoc reporting projects that influence strategic decisions across the organization. Responsibilities • Collaborate with the CEO to develop and deliver reports on financial performance, quarterly business reviews, NPS scores, and other key metrics • Assist in building and maintaining dashboards and reporting tools to support business insights • Analyze data sets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement • Prepare presentations and visualizations for internal stakeholders • Support cross-functional teams with data requests and reporting needs • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting outputs We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field • 1+ years of experience in a data analytics or reporting role (internships count!) • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, etc.) • Familiarity with Salesforce, Power BI, or other dashboarding/reporting tools is a plus • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
