Primary Responsibilities:

Explain, Present and Analyze the current client performance on various Metrics. investigates trends and issues and provides explanations and interpretations within the lines of business that they supportProvide Trends Analysis with supporting policies and procedures, solutions to provide meaningful insights and recommendations on historic and future performance to stakeholdersPrepares reports to internal and client supportsHelps operations in increasing efficiency and effectiveness by providing data that will help them improve processes and proceduresBe able to customize operational and strategic reports based on project goals and client requirementsCan deliver timely reports and analytics to effectively measure business performance against strategic prioritiesCompile results in a concise, meaningful, and actionable format and share findings with end user of reportsCollaborate with operations team to identify and document the root-cause that will be needed to generate intelligent reports and formulate steps for Process Improvement and excellenceWork with peers and stakeholders to access, pull, clean, analyze and represent data from variety of sourcesComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

2+ years of relevant experience in ReportingExperience in Reporting, Data Management and AnalysisAdvanced skills or expertise in MS Excel, Power BI and PythonProven excellent Oral and Written communication skillsProven solid communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to create as well as deliver meaningful reports/ dashboardsProven team player with a positive "can-do" attitudeDemonstrated ability to work under pressure and think clearly in challenging situationsDemonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
