What this job involves:

We are seeking a talented Report & Data Visualization Developer to join our Space Data Insights team, specializing in Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS) and Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) software solutions. This role will develop and maintain standardized reports and dashboards that drive data-driven decision-making for workplace management and portfolio optimization across JLL's global portfolio.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Develop and maintain standardized reports and dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, and other enterprise visualization tools for IWMS/CAFM dataCreate interactive visualizations that transform complex space utilization data into actionable insightsWork collaboratively with stakeholders to create reports measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) for workspace efficiency and facility optimizationDesign user-friendly dashboards supporting strategic decision-making for space planning and facility operationsFollow software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles and formal change management controls to ensure accuracy and complianceEnhance automation of reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve efficiencyBuild trusted relationships with occupancy planners and business stakeholders through clear communication and compelling data storytelling

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in data visualization and business intelligenceProven track record of developing reports and dashboards for occupancy planning, facility management or real estate applications Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and other enterprise visualization platformsWorking knowledge of relational databases and strong SQL skills for data management, extraction, and manipulationExperience with IWMS/CAFM systems (preferably Archibus, FM:Systems, or similar platforms)Experience working in agile development environmentsUnderstanding of at least one office space measurement standard: BOMA, IFMA, or RICS

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in space planning, facility management, or real estate analyticsKnowledge of data warehouse concepts and ETL processesWorking knowledge of statistical analysis and probabilityFamiliarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or DAXExperience with data quality controls and validation processesKnowledge of emerging visualization technologies and automated reporting solutionsExperience in enterprise-wide reporting standards and best practices implementation

Estimated compensation for this position:

95,000.00 – 105,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
