Job RequirementsThis role is responsible for managing stock replenishment from various TE Plants to our Distribution Centers, ensuring adequate inventory levels. A key focus is to guarantee every customer order is delivered in-full and on time, prioritizing customer satisfaction and efficient replenishment cycles. This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with the Planning, DC Operations, and Customer Care teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct intercompany material flows for assigned TE plants and Distribution Centers.
Manage and execute procurement activities, from purchase requisition to purchase order release, ensuring timely stock replenishment from intercompany plants.
Ensure on-time, issue-free customer order delivery by executing manual delivery orders and conducting regular reviews with customer care.
Analyze and resolve critical issues such as exception messages, blocked customer orders, and customer returns.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including Past Due to Request, STR, STS, and inventory levels.
Proactively identify and implement improvements through cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer service, inventory efficiency, or delivery performance.
Maintain accurate key master data attributes for performance accuracy and robust system governance.
What your background should look like Degree /Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or equivalent SAP (or other ERP software) – 3-5 years Understanding of MRP, Procurement, Purchasing – 3-5 years Planning and experience in Supply Chain Management – 3-5 years Extensive spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical abilities. Must be detail-oriented and able to communicate with cross-functional teams. Able and willing to work necessary hours to meet all project deadlines, and travel when necessary.
