Enterprise Mobility’s Global Headquarters is seeking a driven and passionate intern to join our Summer 2026 Internship Program. You’ll work with our Replacement & Leisure Division, where you will learn about the broader ecosystem that powers mobility, including insurance providers, collision repair centers, fleet management companies, and the automotive (dealerships, auto manufacturers) and leisure (airlines, hotels, banks, credit cards) industry.
Program Highlights:
Comprehensive Training: Interns begin with a structured onboarding and training program that covers core sales principles, organization-specific systems, and best practices. This comprehensive training will be the foundation of a successful summer at Enterprise Mobility and beyond. Real Sales Experience: Interns will work alongside our Business Solution Managers, Sales Directors and Officers, playing a key role in preparing high-stakes business conversations with our top partners. Mentorship & Feedback: Each intern receives guidance, support, and regular feedback to foster growth and development throughout the program. Professional Development: Interns are expected to demonstrate professionalism in all interactions and maintain a high level of attention to detail and confidentiality. Time management skills are essential, as interns will be responsible for meeting deadlines and balancing multiple assignments.

ResponsibilitiesOur Replacement & Leisure Division Internship is a hands-on, engaging program where you’ll gain real-world experience, learn new skills, and have fun while contributing to meaningful projects. You’ll receive coaching, mentorship, and plenty of opportunities to network and grow. As part of the Replacement & Leisure team, you’ll see how we partner with customers who need rental cars. You’ll help with projects and special initiatives, share ideas, and learn how strategies are developed to strengthen these partnerships.

Schedule:
This 12-week internship will begin on May 18, 2026 and will conclude on August 7, 2026. The internship program is located on-site at our Global Headquarters at 700 Corporate Park Drive, Clayton, MO. You must be available to work a 40-hour work week for the entire 12 weeks, working in the office Monday through Friday. This role pays $20/hour.
Over the course of the 12-week internship experience, you will have the opportunity to:
Strengthen sales and contract negotiation skills - Develop expertise in sales strategies and negotiation to drive successful client partnerships Help us make an impact in customer meetings - You'll create polished documents, compelling materials and professional presentations that showcase our value and drive business growth Build and share reports that matter - Format and deliver reports for the Account Manager and leadership, giving them the insights they need Create Professional Communication - Assist with sending letters, emails, agendas and coordination of business reviews. Drive impactful account initiatives - Take ownership of small to medium-sized projects that help strengthen customer relationships and boost account performance Gain Exposure to senior leaders - Present key findings, project outcomes, and recommendations to leadership, providing valuable visibility and experience communicating with decision-makers.
