We are looking for a Repairs Product Sales Representative to be based either in our Brisbane, Queensland or Melbourne, VIC office.
12 months fixed term contract role
Reports to the Repairs Sales Manager.
Location - Brisbane or Melbourne
About YouAs a Repairs Sales Representative. you will work as part of a team that supplements the wider "T" Product Sales activity of the OTIS Australasia.
You primarily focus on standard "T" products for a defined period, and where opportunity exists.
What are "T" products in OTIS?Lift accessories that are not covered in our typical Maintenance contracts which include lift communications, dialers, door detectors, in-car lighting, safety items, pit stop switchers, top of car handrails and etc.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver revenue performance: Consistently achieve (and exceed) assigned T Sales revenue and margin targets in line with the approved business plan, with clear accountability for results.
Maximise speed-to-lead and conversion: Action all T leads from every source immediately on receipt, applying disciplined follow-up to maximise contact and conversion rates.
Qualify needs and build demand: Partner with the lead source to confirm scope/requirements, then engage the customer to validate needs, create urgency, and progress opportunities through the buying cycle.
Drive campaign-led pipeline: Actively participate in all T product campaigns, generating pipeline contribution and supporting the Key Account team by providing responsive, accurate quoting and commercial support.
Own proposal development end-to-end: Produce accurate estimates and secure required internal approvals to create a compliant Service Works Proposal, then submit to the customer within agreed turnaround times.
Execute a structured close plan: Proactively follow up every submission using a structured, cyclical call-closing cadence to progress objections, confirm decision steps, and secure approval/booking.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline: Maintain a healthy opportunity funnel that supports target attainment, including ongoing prospecting, opportunity progression, and clear next steps at every stage.
Forecast with accuracy: Keep CRM/sales systems current, report activity consistently, and provide accurate forecasting against plan (pipeline, probability, timing, value).
What you will need to be successfulHave a degree/diploma/certificate in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in Tele Sales, Frontline Sales, or Account Management, with a results‑driven mindset.
Exposure to technical or solution‑based sales would be an added advantage
Proven ability to work independently and collaborate cross‑functionally, building trusted relationships to drive outcomes.
Strong communications – verbal and written.
Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping are important for success
Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365 and the ability to learn and frequently switch between inhouse systems/databases is required
A desire to learn and understand the elevator industry and the technology involved
