Our client, a leading provider in medical device support and repair, is seeking a Repair Technician II to join their team. As a Repair Technician II, you will be part of the Service Operations supporting the repair, refurbishment, and analysis of infusion pumps. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Perform activities related to the repair, refurbishment, and upgrades of medical infusion devices. Troubleshoot and analyze customer device returns to identify root causes of issues. Document repair, refurbishment, complaint investigations, and rework activities accurately in device tracking systems. Collaborate with QA, Customer Service, and senior technicians to resolve process and product non-conformities. Assist with training new team members on key service processes and troubleshooting techniques.What's Needed?
High School diploma or GED; technical degree or experience preferred. 1-3 years of experience in high-tech manufacturing, service repair, or related environments. Proficiency with troubleshooting electronic/mechanical devices, reading schematics, and using testing equipment. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a clean, organized environment with manual dexterity and physical strength to lift 30-40 lbs.What's in it for me?
