Job Description:
Arrow Electronics is currently seeking a dedicated and team-oriented Repair Technician to join our team for our Monday through Friday 6:00am to 2:30PM shift.
In this role you will be expected to demonstrate excellence in key areas, including, quality, precision, collaboration, and reliability.
What You Will Be Doing:
Responsible for performing simple to moderately complex troubleshooting and repairs of returned computing products.
Prepare returned product for disassembly. De-integrate returned computer products.
Perform software loading, product testing, and system configuration per build plan.
Process and transfer product. Perform Eval/Triage repair and re-integrate products.
Create and apply product labeling, pack-out product and maintain all product documentation.
What We Are Looking For:
Typically requires 2–5 years of working experience.
Ability to continually stand for long hours.
Capability to regularly bend, twist, stoop, and reach.
Ability to consistently handle, lift, and push product and equipment up to 50 lbs.
Must be reliable and report consistently to your scheduled shift, including overtime hours.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Attention to detail and ability to work within timeframes.
Good communication skills.
Reading, writing, and understanding of English language.
Ability to follow written instructions.
Basic computer literacy.
Must be comfortable working under safety, quality, and productivity standards.
