What You’ll Do Repair and diagnose cameras, lenses, and accessories Document repair work and parts usage Communicate updates and service progress Mentor apprentices while continuing to grow your skillsSchedule Full-time, 40 hours/week Mon–Fri | Shop hours: 4:30 AM – 7:00 PM Flexible shifts: 10-hour days or 9 AM–6 PM standardWhat We’re Looking For Experience in camera/lens repair, soldering, or troubleshooting Mechanical/electronic aptitude (OEM experience a plus) Strong attention to detail & problem-solving skills Positive, patient, and self-motivatedPay & Benefits $27–$30/hr (based on experience) Medical, dental, vision – day one 401(k) with 3% match – day one 2 weeks PTO + 1 week sick time 11 paid holidays Employee discounts on gear
