 Power-Flo Technologies Auburn is seeking a detail-oriented Repair Shop Clerk to join our state-of-the-art pump and motor repair facility. In this role, you will support the smooth operation of our industrial shop through accurate data entry, job processing, and administrative support.

 

Key Responsibilities

Check in new repair jobs with accuracy and efficiencyPrepare write-ups and process job ticketsMaintain organized records of service tickets, vendor invoices, and packing slipsResearch customer and vendor histories as neededDevelop product and service knowledge to support shop operationsPerform additional clerical and administrative tasks as assigned

 

Qualifications

Reliable, dependable, and eager to learn shop operationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and ability to learn proprietary softwareStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working under deadlinesSolid mathematical and analytical abilitiesWorks well both independently and in a team settingValid, clean NYS driver’s license to operate company vehicles as needed
