Reporting to a highly energetic, approachable and proven commercial leader. The successful Repair Sales Manager is responsible to drive sales and promotion of in-house repair capabilities. Work closely with technical and commercial teams to develop new repair solutions and ensure customer satisfaction through timely delivery and performance.

Responsibilities:

Respond to RFQs and prepare competitive proposals. Review and approve repair quotations to meet margin targets. Support negotiations for long-term customer agreements. Identify new business opportunities and prepare marketing pitches. Gather market intelligence on competitors and pricing. Coordinate repair activities with internal teams to meet TAT and SLA targets. Monitor inventory and parts procurement for repair programs. Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience in aviation repair sales. Engineering/technical background is a plus. Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage. Strong interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to multitask.
