Position SummaryAs the Repair Coordinator you would be responsible for working in the repair center and working with various departments to ensure proper communication and customer service. Your job would be to provide various support to the Lab Management team and to Sales and Account Managers.
As a Repair Coordinator you will: Enters and corrects repair data in Oracle System; utilizes other software as necessary. Maintains data base of knowledge of where to route specific types of repairs. Notifies Lab Managers of issues during daily review of repairs. Responds to billing and invoice inquiries. Provides administrative assistance as needed. Completes assigned paperwork. Maintains documents of the status of repairs. Aware of and conforms to Company ISO goals and objectives and supports ISO requirements. Required, Preferred, and Other Qualifications:Required:
High School Diploma or GED 1 year of customer service or related experience Demonstrates knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft office
Preferred:

Pay rate for this opportunity is $19.00/hour. This position is eligible for bonus participation.
Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
