This role is an on-site or hybrid role based at Edwards’ corporate headquarters in Irvine, California.

How you’ll make an impact:

The Rep, Indirect Sourcing is responsible for supporting source-to-pay business processes and applications.

Monitor and address routine service tickets/queries (basic to intermediate troubleshooting) for Procurement-managed processes and systemsProvide user support for Procurement-managed systemsSupport supplier enablement programIdentify and remediate supplier lifecycle and source-to-pay intake discrepancies (e.g., Tonkean, TPIF, etc.)Process the procurement review and approval of purchase requisitions and change ordersAssist with maintaining project deliverables and timelinesSupport entry and maintenance of applicable data/databases (e.g., catalogs, supplier information, commodities, spend, etc.Other duties assigned by Leadership

What you'll need (Required):

High School diploma and 1 year of related work experience

Bachelor's Degree in a related field2 years of related work experience in procurement, customer service supporting enterprise source-to-pay or supplier lifecycle management applications (e.g., Coupa)Experience in spend data analysis and reportingProven expertise in MS Office Suite, including advanced Excel, VisioExcellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skillsLanguage proficiency is required to read, write and speak EnglishExcellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and investigative skillsAbility to manage confidential information with discretionQuick learner with attention to detailAbility to interact professionally and independently with all organizational levelsAbility to time-manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams and key contact representing the department on projectsTravel expectation (domestic and international) approximately 5% (Actual percentage of time is determined by Management)

For California, the base pay range for this position is $42,000 to $57,000 (highly experienced).
