Where is the work:

What's in it for you
We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Rental Manager to set up this new division and make it successful. The portfolio includes refrigerated trucks, small trucks, last‑mile vehicles, generators, and refrigerated storage containers.
Rental Manager will report directly to General Manager Thermo King Belux.

What you will do

Develop and launch rental activities in Belgium and Luxembourg.

Drive business development and build strong customer relationships.

Manage all fleet activities and ensure the highest possible rental performance.

Full P&L responsibility for the Rental division.

Collaborate with the Sales, Service, and Aftermarket teams to offer and deliver combined solutions.

What you will bring

Nice to have a Bachelor’s degree in business management, Transport & Logistics, or equivalent experience.

5+ years of experience in rental, fleet management.

Beneficial to have a transport refrigeration, or cold storage knowledge.

Proven success in establishing or scaling business units.

Strong commercial acumen and skills, including experience with P&L management.

Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English – both spoken and written.

Solid practical knowledge of rental operations, including preparing offers, planning availability, and finalizing contracts.

Hands-on understanding of the life cycle of vehicles and equipment rented to customers.

Experience in direct customer interaction within a rental environment, resolving day-to-day issues, and ensuring high service standards.

Ability to analyze costs, rental rates, and optimize fleet utilization in real market conditions.

Ability to make independent operational decisions in a dynamic rental environment.
