1. Role Summary
The Rental Leader for North & Southeast Asia is responsible for establishing and managing the region’s Rental Service business, including full P&L ownership and long‑term strategic direction. The role develops and executes market strategies, drives business growth by identifying opportunities and building strong customer and partner relationships, and leads commercial programs that increase market awareness and demand. This leader enables a high‑performing sales organization through effective sales enablement initiatives and provides direction, coaching, and development for the regional rental team. The position ensures operational excellence that enhances customer satisfaction and productivity, while collaborating across Trane Technologies to maximize synergies and overall profitability for the Rental Services business.
2. Key Responsibilities
+ Setup and be fully responsible for the P&L of the region’s Rental Business.
+ Develop and execute a comprehensive market strategy, aligning with organizational goals and market trends.
+ Lead the identification, evaluation, and pursuit of business opportunities, build up and explore customer relationship, grow the customer base and establish strategic partnership with key accounts to realize sustainable growth.
+ Drive the development of innovative commercializing programs to create awareness and demand for Rental Service.
+ Develop and implement effective sales enablement initiatives, including training programs and tools, to empower the sales team and enhance their efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Responsible for setting up and developing the direction and coaching to the Rental team.
+ Drive operational excellence to deliver increased customer satisfaction and productivity.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Trane Technologies to leverage synergies and improve the profitability of Rental Services.
3. Candidate Profile
**Qualifications & Experience:**
+ Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
+ P&L leadership, sales and strategic planning experience preferably within the rental services industry.
+ Proven track record in developing and executing go-to-market strategies and driving successful business outcomes.
+ Strong business acumen and market understanding; ability to identify market trends and translate them into actionable strategies.

+ High level of cultural awareness and adaptability.
+ Leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional and cross-country teams.
+ Demonstrated ability to build and foster strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, customers, and industry players.
+ Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to analyse data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions.
+ Willingness and ability to travel as required to support customer meetings and strategic initiatives.
