Job Title: Renovation Technician

Job Description

Join our team as a Renovation Technician where you will work in a dynamic duo to transform vacant apartments. This role involves carrying out basic plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and drywall repairs to rejuvenate living spaces.

ResponsibilitiesPerform basic plumbing tasks including changing faucets and shower heads.Conduct basic electrical work such as installing ceiling fans.Execute carpentry tasks like installing baseboards and door casings.Patch holes and replace sections of drywall as needed.Essential SkillsProficiency in at least two of the following skills: carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, drywall repair.Competence in using hand and power tools.Additional Skills & QualificationsMechanically inclined with experience painting and construction.Willingness to learn and maintain a positive attitude are key.Possession of essential tools: sawzall, cordless drill or impact driver, finish nail gun, grinder.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The role operates on a first shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM. You will work in teams of two, focusing on refurbishing vacant apartments. The setting is residential construction with a collaborative team atmosphere.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fullerton, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
