**Job Title: Renovation Technician**
**Job Description**
Join our dynamic team as a Renovation Technician, where you will work in pairs to renovate vacant apartments. You will perform tasks such as basic plumbing, including changing faucets and showerheads, basic electrical work like installing ceiling fans, carpentry tasks such as installing baseboards and door casings, and drywall work including patching and replacing sections.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform basic plumbing tasks such as changing faucets and showerheads.
+ Conduct basic electrical work including the installation of ceiling fans.
+ Execute basic carpentry tasks like installing baseboards and door casings.
+ Patch and replace sections of drywall as needed.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in at least two of the following skills: carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and drywall repair.
+ Experience using hand and power tools.
+ Mechanically inclined with a good understanding of construction practices.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Possession of essential tools such as a sawzall, cordless drill or impact, finish nailgun, and grinder.
+ Willingness to learn and a positive attitude.

**Work Environment**
All positions are first shift from Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM. You will work in teams of two, focusing on refurbishing vacant apartments.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fullerton, California.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
