Job Description

SBMA, a third-party administrator, is an affordable ACA-compliant benefits provider to thousands of employers. Their goal is to simplify the complexity of providing employee benefits. SBMA is currently seeking a temporary Renewals Admin I to join our growing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Prepare renewal workbooks for renewals team, including pulling data from SQL/SalesforceUpdate Wrike with correct renewal information, including mapping and final plansProcess AmendmentsOrder Benefit GuidesGroup/broker contact updatesOther administrative tasks as assignedManage the renewals inbox and requests directed toward the renewals team and escalate as necessary.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High School DiplomaOne year of administrative experienceExperience using Word and Excel (1 year)

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in a related fieldInsurance-related experience (preferred)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectivelyAttention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time, temporary

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week. This temporary position is expected to extend until the end of October and may continue until the end of the year.

Pay Details:

Hourly: $25 - $25
